Items can only be returned unused and in their original packaging. After receiving your product you have 14 days to request a return. If the return is accepted you have 14 days to send the items back. If not, you will not be eligible for a (full) refund. 

Note that custom-sized straps and items that are assembled on order (e.g. watch winders) cannot be returned or refunded.

O seu reembolso será creditado de volta ao método de pagamento original. Contactá-lo-emos assim que tivermos recebido os artigos devolvidos. Por favor, aguarde 7-14 dias úteis a partir da data de envio da sua encomenda para que a sua devolução ou troca seja processada.
